About Us
Located in the heart of Jacksboro, The Trophy Store has been helping athletes, coaches, organizations, and families celebrate milestones for over fifteen years. What started as a small passion project grew into the go-to destination for custom awards in East Tennessee.
We believe the best awards aren't mass-produced — they're thoughtfully chosen and carefully personalized. Every engraving, every material selection, and every detail is handled with the same care we'd give our own.
How It Works
We keep it simple so you can focus on what you're celebrating.
Call, email, or stop by the shop. Share the occasion, the number of awards, and any design preferences you have in mind.
Browse our selection or let us recommend the perfect piece. We carry a wide range of trophies, plaques, medals, and custom options.
Provide your engraving text — names, dates, messages — and we'll prepare a digital proof so you can see exactly how it will look.
Most orders are ready within a few business days. Pick up at our Jacksboro showroom or arrange delivery for larger events.

We order our employee recognition awards from The Trophy Store every year. Jeff is incredibly helpful — he always finds the right piece for the occasion and the budget.
I needed a last-minute retirement gift and they delivered. The crystal piece was elegant and the engraving was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something special.
